MSS Rookie Robots Workshops: Tuesday 3:10pm – 4:20pm

Rookie Robots is our program designed for students who are in Year One and Two and are new to Bricks and Blocks.

The Workshops are held in the Maker Space Room at Milton State School. The Maker Space Room is located upstairs in D Block next to the Year 5 classrooms. You will receive an email detailing where you can find this room.

Please complete the Duty of Care Declaration during sign up. You can choose to pick up your child from the Maker Space Room or give permission for them to leave at the end of the workshops. 

Rookie Robots use LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential kits and iPads and are engaged in fun and educational workshops. Unlike some other programs, we provide one to one kits and iPads. These sessions are run by an experienced primary school teacher who has over fifteen years in the profession. We build, we code, we play! Workshop numbers are limited to ensure that the students’ needs are catered for and each student has their own kit and iPad.
